1General Terms

3Account Registration

• Valid Malaysian mobile number
• Date of birth for age verification

Each individual is only permitted to hold one dwin378 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

For withdrawal, the minimum limit is RM30 and processing times range from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and verification requirements. Withdrawals via the same method used for deposit are encouraged for transaction security.

• Dwin378 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 within a single day requires additional verification through the KYC process.

• All withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name only.

5Bonuses & Promotions

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the dwin378 system are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated in the relevant sports rules.
• Dwin378 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, palpable error in the odds offered, or inaccurate information at the time the bet was accepted.
• In the case of any Malaysia Super League, EPL, or other league match that is postponed, cancelled, or moved to a different venue, the specific settlement rules for each market will apply.
• Live (in-play) betting is accepted based on real-time conditions. Data transmission delays are normal, and dwin378 is not liable for any real-time discrepancies that may occur.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each market are set by dwin378 and may vary based on event type, market and the member's VIP level.
• Winnings exceeding the maximum payout limit set for a market will be paid at that maximum limit only.

For e-sports betting such as Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MPL Malaysia), Dota 2, or CS2, additional rules regarding disconnections, remakes, and walkovers will apply in accordance with our market provider's latest guidelines.

7Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your dwin378 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. dwin378 recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.

• Account closure request by a competent authority.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time via account settings or by contacting dwin378 customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member once the investigation and verification process is complete.

10Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The dwin378 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. dwin378 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or be fully protected against cybersecurity threats.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, dwin378 shall not be liable for:
